In the crafting of our rustic log furniture we use seasoned and stabilized specialty woods, including walnut, blue pine, and “Silverwood”. Our signature Silverwood, native to Eastern Montana, is prized for its natural worn texture, rugged detail, and flowing lines. We harvest much of the wood we use ourselves, purchasing the rest as needed. The Montana Artisan Center is a member of the Forest Stewards Guild, committed to the use of sustainably procured woods.
